Mass. High Court Denies Quincy's Bid To Toss Saint Statue Suit

QUINCY — The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has denied the city's bid to dismiss a lawsuit over two Catholic saint statues planned for Quincy's new public safety building, keeping the project on hold while the case continues, according to a report from NBC Boston.
