Quincy Library Hosts Fourth Annual Crop Swap This Weekend
QUINCY — The Thomas Crane Public Library's weekend calendar and a Friday food pantry distribution top a light news day in Quincy, with no major town hall actions reported in the past 24 hours.

The Quincy Public Library system will host its 4th Annual Crop Swap on Saturday, July 25, from 10 a.m. to noon, a registration-required event for adults and seniors to trade home-grown produce and garden goods. The same day, the library's "Candid Conversations" book club for adults and seniors meets from 10 a.m. to noon.
Ahead of the weekend, the library is hosting a Quanada Food Pantry distribution on Friday, July 24, from 9 to 11 a.m., an offsite event open to all ages, along with a Summer Read Superstar guest-reader storytime for children from birth through preschool age that same morning at 10 a.m. The library's Teen Take & Make craft program, "Duck in a Pond," continues through the end of July for teens in grades nine through 12.
